Rose Peak

Beautiful day with a slight breeze. No other hikers on the trail!! This is by far the most challenging, but we got it done!

Pretty tough hike.  Several water spots.  Excellent map comes with mandatory $2 hike permit.

Perfect weather…probably about another 4 weeks before the heat sets in. While there were some challenging spots all-in-all it was pretty slow-and-steady all the way

Rocky Ridge Visitor Center  @ Del Valle Regional Park had some festival going on so parking was almost a mile away from the Trail-head Though

ROSE PEAK This one was tough, a slow uphill that wears on your gradually until you end up tired for no reason. About 20 miles

Hike on a rainy day; Drizzling and foggy on the way to the peak; cleared up on the way back. Great location and views.  Hiked
