It’s not really flat

The trail  it’s called ”Flat Iron”,  but the trail is only flat at the trailhead.  It starts out very gradual, then gets vertical For the remainder of the hike. I have to say I conquered some big fears doing this hike, with the steep bouldering in a few places.  It was the perfect day to hike, with cloud-cover, a light breeze, and perfect temperature.  Although there was some people on the trail, we found that it wasn’t crowded and was easy to navigate.  This is a beautiful hike, with many spectacular views.  Getting to the top is very rewarding.
