Rose Peak

We hiked in 3.2 miles to the Sunol backpackers camp on Thursday afternoon.  Up at 5:30 and on the trial at 6:30. Watch the sun come up over the hills and while on the rocks and trees  beautiful clear skies and perfect temperature for a hike. We made it to the top in a little over 3 hours  it was a little over 6 miles.  After enjoying a little time at the top we headed down.  Got to camp, broke things down, and packed up.  Hiked out and headed home.  Last few miles I was a bit tired.  All in all was not as difficult as I worried it would be. It was a long hike but enjoyable.
