Trail was in good condition. We went on a Monday so it wasn’t as crowded as a weekend might be. It is a good, challenging hike but due to the amount of people I wouldn’t recommend it to many looking for an AZ hike – many other great mountain trails that aren’t as crowded. For the Six Pack of Peak hikers – try to go on a week day.
