Had my first mountain hike with my new wife.  It has been a busy year for both of us.  Parking lot was nice and empty on a Friday morning.  Trail was great.  It was a hot trip down but great to be back on the trail after a 6 month layoff to continue my running program training at long distance.  Time for hiking now and get my six pack.
