First time summiting San Gorgonio via Vivian Creek Trail. Mile 2 and 8/9 are pretty stout. We have the Excessive Heat Warning in effect up there, but we started at 6am and temps weren't too bad going up. It got warm coming back down. Quite a few people up on the summit today. Total out-and-back was 19 miles/5522ft gain. Loooong day!!!
