I think the rating is a bit off. Wasn’t really that bad! I’d probably say moderate!

Cool trail, sunny, clear! Perfect day for hiking. No snow, bugs minimal. Pulled this with a pup and a 6year old as well. Trail seemed pretty well maintained. I’d call it an 8mile for sure. Views at the top are simply amazing, surprised at how few were on the trail today! Black Crater is a must, and a gem of a hike!
