Well little did I know I chose to go during a red flag wind advisory lol. Not only that, I picked the time it would be windiest. Well done Stef!

The hike wasn’t bad at all and I can attribute that to all the legs days at F45. I did have some strain in the Achilles from the steep grade but breaks really helped that out. I did run into one tarantula and zero cows. The hike itself is pretty dry and not much to look at but the views at the top are dope. Wide panoramic views of the Bay is always amazing.   I hit the top in an hour, twenty moments but did stop to potty before the last climb. Also stopped for content video. Started on a Monday, 10:30AM and had the peak all to myself most of the time.

Doing this on a windy day is pretty challenging.
