My Happy Hikers group joined me for this hike, the first of my So Cal Six Pack for 2021.  We stayed overnight in Idyllwild to get an early start.  The Deer Springs Trail is one of the longest to the top.  It ended up being a great day for the hike.  We hiked up the western side of the loop first, then down the eastern side.  Made it back to the car before dark!
