I had PTHS from Humphrey peak ( post traumatic hike syndrome) I was very concerned for this final hike, did not want to go. But my friend said It will be liker bill williams Peak, Lower in elevation but the climb total was about the same.
I bought crampons ( the best ones they make) and carried them with me, I was totally prepared for icy snowy trail and to my surprise my friend was absolutely right! It was a perfect day beautiful hike trail was in great condition and I was forever grateful for this hike. I loved it and It took us much shorter time to get it done!
