Vulcan Mountain has never fallen short of spectacular, and this day was no exception. Not so breezy at the top like what I've experienced on other days. (Bring a windbreaker for sure no matter the day). Today's hike started at Julian Beer Co., and then we walked Farmer Rd. to the trail head. (kind of a narrow road, so be careful and mind the shoulder). A to B to A was just over 9 miles. Broke our fast at the end of the hike with a brisket sandwich and a beverage from Julian Beer Co. (5 Star experience). Great day!
