Hiked with a partner

75 degree F tops. Great weather with a little breeze! Started at 10:30am and finished by 6pm. Took our time with pacing and taking pictures along the way.

Lots of switchbacks for the first 3 miles, then levels out at a moderate uphill to the top. Cruising on the way down.

At one point there were a thin layer of clouds passing under the sun and it beamed a ray of light straight down to us with a circumferential rainbow surrounding the sun. BEAUTIFUL. We were speechless. Probably one of the most beautiful stillness moments in time I’ve ever experienced.
