Beat the heat with an early start, at 7:30 am. Cool breeze on top. The trail is steep without many relief from the grade. Plenty of trees, wild flowers and nice views.

    Looks like a great day to hike Bonanza, Gary! We are planning to hike it tomorrow. Do you think the road to the trailhead would be passable in a 2wd sedan?
