We decided to hike the East TH, it was the steepest but shortest way with fewer mosquitoes. It was a little over 10 miles RT and we reached the summit by 9:00 am. The last 1/2 mile seemed like it was almost vertical! The view never ends!
Where was Maiden Peak? We kept looking through what little clearing/opening there was, but never did get a view until we reached the top, lol.
On the way back we stopped at Maiden Lake to cool off, gorgeous lake!
