I got to the parking lot right around seven and was able to get one of the last official parking spots. When I left, I saw that people had parked in the middle, so there was definitely room for more cars.
This was my first time on this peak. There is no phone reception so I am glad I downloaded all the information I needed on my phone.
The trail was in good condition. It was wet, but not muddy. It is a pretty mild hike until you get to the assent and then it is a lot of scrambling up rocks. I saw many people with dogs when I was walking back. I have no idea if they were planning on carrying their dogs or if those dogs can really get up those big rocks at the end? Anyway, I have never done one of these logs before. Hopefully this was helpful!
