Snow Snowfields to cross - could be difficult

You can see ’em from across Flagstaff, – the fire lookout and communications towers way up high on Mount Elden; this trail will get’cha there with 2300’+ elev gain up some steep, really rocky real estate. Still had a sketchy snowfield to cross near the top in early May. Where I wasn’t able to posthole in the snow on the descent, I chose to ass-slide and I’m okay with that.
