Did the icehouse a few weeks ago and it was pretty chilly this time it was pretty warm from the start! Started at 3am and you can feel the warmth already. It was nice and soothing walking to the icehouse you can hear all the water rushing gushing through. 🙂 The flies and mosquitoes were definitely out to get me early morning! Definitely bring your bug repellent or if you have a net to go over your hat wear it! I was left with lots of mosquitoes bites! All over my body! (They really love me🥹) But I wore shorts and decided to take my sweater and shirt off just had my sports bra on. Definitely stay covered up!😢 Back to the icehouse at the saddle the last few miles the sun was coming up and it was definitely beautiful! Once at the summit the sun had came up and you can see the beautiful city down below and if you’re not afraid of climbing trees it’s a must! Just be careful coming back down from it. The view from up there was spectacular!🤗 it was a beautiful hike!! And a beautiful day! What made it more special it was my friends birthday hike and Met some friends on the way and got to sing for her! Hope you guys get to visit this trail soon!
