Spent labor day weekend hiking up to San Jacinto via the deer springs trail. We spent the night at little round valley and were able to summit on 9/4. The trail was packed with lots of manzanitas at lower elevations. We saw many oak, pines and ferns. The springs and creeks were running pretty strong so water was not an issue as long as you had a filter. This hike was a challenge but we were able to summit and return to our cars safely. The sun set we caught at little round valley was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen! As the title of my post suggest, if I was ordered to slap my momma to see another sunset like this I would consider it ðŸ˜
