Elden

Don’t be fooled by the shorter distance like I was.  I saved this for the last day of my 3 day Flagstaff hiking trip and my legs were already really feeling the burn but the elevation gain on this one is no joke.  I loved it!  The view of town from the summit was great.

Note: this is apparently a very popular hiking spot.  I got there at sunrise on a Saturday and there were only a couple of cars in the lot when I got there but when I got back to the parking lot a few hours later the cars were overflowing from the lot and parking was very tight. I suggest getting there as early as possible.
