We chose to take a vacation day from work and practically had the mountain to ourselves? Less than 6 other people total throughout the day! It was a cloudy and chilly start, but once above the clouds it was magnificent!!! Lots of running water throughout the first 1.5 miles, a lovely sight AND sound! It was a long hike (13 miles) with lots of climbing, but worth every step!
