Mt Tam Picturesque Top

Planned a back to back hike with Black Mountain. As I don’t live in Norcal, maximizing my time to hike takes a good amount of research. Mt Tamalpais and Black mountain seemed a best pair today. So glad there are more trail options in Bay area.

Mt Tam is only a second fav of mine as it’s very busy. I don’t blame them with its panoramic view of San Francisco Bay. Again, because it’s driveable, I was only one of the few that was sweaty????????while most still looked very fresh wandering. A lot of young adventurers as well.

There are some steep ravines, a wooden plank, stairs and other interesting areas to rest and enjoy the view. Paid the small visitor’s center a visit for a well deserved cold gatorade before heading back. Probably I’ll be back again and stayed longer.
