  Waiting for welcome packet

  I signed up in January and am waiting for my welcome packet. Is there any idea how long that will take to arrive? Or can I pick it up somewhere maybe?

    I signed up 11/18/23 and I just got my package today 2/12/24 …. Was a long wait but worth it… the stickers are so nice and the pin is beautiful too

  I’m devoting Monday and Tuesday this week to catching up on those welcome packets. You’ll get an email with a tracking link when your packet ships.

  @jeff I love what you’ve done here and I think it’s an amazing idea but I can tell from previous messages that you’re having a tough time keeping up with sending things out. I don’t want to tell you how to run your business, but have you considered paying someone to handle these menial tasks do you can concentrate on other more important things? I would imagine there’s services that can handle sending things out for you.

    My daughter, granddaughter and I got our welcome packs last week. Was really excited to hang tags on back of our daypacks and show them off. I was going thru my profile and realized we had not filled in our shipping addresses. Check yours to make sure that is not the issue.
