Sawmill Mountain

The trail was pretty well maintained, especially the first section up to Mt Pinos which is a road. We started the hike at 8AM so the weather was pretty much perfect and the parking lot was almost completely empty. After Mt Pinos, there is a pretty steep downhill followed by an immediate uphill, so just be prepared for that. There were still some wildflowers although many had gone to seed or were getting to that point. Overall a pretty nice and relaxing hike.
