It was warm yet chilly at the same time.

The hike was pleasant. I started a shortly before 7:30am and It was pretty cold luckily I was smart enough to bring my sweatpants throughout most of the hike. It was quiet with barely a bird squeak from afar. Only about a handful of people I saw on the trail until around 10am then more people showed up. Clear blue sky with the magnificent sun beaming and you could see smoke layer from the fires.
