Was a bit hot on the Oak Grove section- that's San Diego in December for ya.  Finally parked in the right spot and started along the actual trail this time!  Wish there were other ways to get to the summit besides the fire road most of the way- Barker Valley spur will still be fire road, and the closed road from the Observatory would probably be fire road also.  Alas!
