Great day on Black Butte! Started the hike just after 8 and glad we did. Temperature just right and not many on the trail yet. Incredible views all the way up and enjoyed the viewpoint just beyond the historic cupola. We did encounter some snow covered trail near the summit but not a problem. The trail was definitely busier on the descent but all were having a great time!!
