I was so happy to get this hike in, “one of my favs” because not just the beauty, but the accessibility from my home. And because Lil Santa Anita burned during the LA fires the news that this trail was open was music to my ears. I loved the drive to the trailhead, the switch backs and tree covering that kept me protected from the sun rays.
