Another peak completed! I’m having so much fun taking part in the SoCal Six Peaks Challenge.
San Bernardino Peak was quite a long hike, but it was absolutely beautiful. Many of the miles had our legs burning from the elevation gain, but it still felt enjoyable as we slowly tango our way together to the summit. The sun exposure was a little intense at times, but nothing could deter us.
The views were stunning, with beautiful wildflowers lining the first couple of miles. From the peak, we were rewarded with incredible views of San Jacinto, San Gorgonio, and Big Bear Lake.
I can’t wait for the next peak with wearing shorts. Until next time!

Great Job on a Challenging Hike… Hike More… Get Strong… Do Good…
The “third” highest mountain of the SoCal Six-Peaks Challenge, but who’s really counting :o)
