We decided to camp out at Kelly campsite Friday night so we could get an early start Saturday morning. It was Memorial Day weekend and we were expecting a lot of people to be on trail. We went for Ontario first, since it was only 1.5 or 1.6 miles from camp. Remember to go right at the top of the ridge, but taking the left will take you to Big Horn peak. Its misleading as you're walking because you keep thinking, “oh that's it!” to a few peaks you see. There were patches of snow heading to Kelly and on the way to Ontario, we had spikes but only had them on for 0.5 mile after leaving the camp site. It was a clear morning, we had seen someone from San Gorgonio heading down as we were almost to the top and then the other guy who was at camp made his was up to summit as well. We ended up going to Big Horn on the way back to camp, but there was no sign. We then packed up and headed back towards Cucamonga!
