Midweek hike after work with the Bend Hiking Meetup. Joined by Rachel and Raylene, who were great company. Snow started immediately from the trailhead, though we didn’t put on snowshoes until about halfway up.
The skies had threatened thunder and lightning earlier, but not only did we not have either, but the clouds opened up a bit and gave us beautiful views of Mt Bachelor, South Sister and Brokentop.
