San Jacinto was my first peak bagging experience years ago on my so-cal PCT section hike, and this was the second time that I have been up there. Left very early to try and avoid the crowds, and even had the peak to myself for about 15 mins(on a Saturday morning), and once other hikers began arriving I took a nap overlooking the Palm Springs area.
