Peak #1 Unhuman

Started the hike at the Bald Mountain parking lot. Pretty easy to find, but the GPS location from clicking on the directions tab on Social Hiker put you a little bit farther up the road so I had to double back. Can definitely tell it’s a new trail, well maintained
and pretty clean. The views from trail are good, and the view from the peak isn’t bad. I don’t think it is a trail I will hurry back to having to drive almost 2 hrs to get to, but I can see how it is a good addition for those that live locally. Would be a great trail for trail running, with the grade being pretty easy. I wish that they would have replaced this one with something further north like St Helena or Mt Wittenberg in Pt Reyes. I think the challenge would have grasped a larger audience this way too.
