Hike was great! GPS tracker (Garmin Fenix 5x) clocked 9.01 miles out and back with 2,452 ft of elevation gain with 40-45 switchbacks throughout a total hiking time of 5 hours 31 mins.. (Error in tracking ? definitely, but can’t be much) April, 2018, great hiking weather. Bring a sweatshirt or light jacket. Wind was on and off throughout hike, if windy at the top, definitely cold. I would rate moderate/difficult, because of elevation gain and total hiking time elapsed can lead to some fatigue in legs by end of day. We went though about 4 liters of water between 2 people and 1 dog. Bring snacks and enjoy the beautiful unique history and nature of the Baden Powell hike!
