16 mile the beauty

It was beautiful and I was excited to hike this famous and most hikers favorite peak. The experience brought  out the best and worst in me. All the training I had led to this moment. I was catching my breath and at the same time urging myself to keep going to see what’s on top of this gorgeous peak.  I was really  struggling but with the help of a hiking buddy we both were successful reaching the top. Oh boy, it was really a sight to behold. No injury but I must admit among the peaks I trekked, this is the hardest for me. I was thinking that the closer I get to my six peaks goal, the harder they become. But I’m not stopping just yet because I know the best is yet to come. So, help me God!
