Arrive early, before 7, parking can be a challenge at the Stanford trail head, we opted for a little longer trail and started at Ohlone. We enjoyed good cloud cover, otherwise it would ahve been pretty hot out on the trail. it was challenging, steep at the peak and careful climb down, really rewarding and beautiful day
