Intermittent snow - not hard to cross
It was a nice day. I started a little after 7 and the beginning of the hike had a few areas of snow to cross that wasn’t difficult but it was much easier on the return once the sun had warmed it to more of a slush.
I ended up meeting this nice couple on Mt Pinos and continued the rest of the hike with them. It was overall great conditions and the snow was not nearly as bad as I originally thought it would be.
