3/6: El Cajon: Just be ready to suffer a little

It was a little rough. The ups and downs going up to the peak are bad enough; then you realize you will see those ups and downs again heading back to the parking lot. You can some bring some cash or use venmo and just after the parking lot heading towards the trail you will find a small stand with fruit and a bottle of water.

Bring sufficient water. I brought 32oz and surely could have used more. I rationed it which helped but it certainly would have been nicer to have had more.
