#3–Sitton

This is a pretty easy hike except for that little .36th of a mile to the top which is both a challenge on the way up and also on the way down. We had the trail to ourselves and the weather was perfect. Lots of wildflowers.  Sadly, as others have noted the candy store is closed. Also, unfortunately, since the parking lot across from the trailhead remains closed for unknown reasons, the bathrooms there are also closed.  On a weekday, parking was quite easy and available on the side of the road.
