New route for us since Vincent Gap remains closed. Used the trailhead at Islip so we were on the PCT for the entire 8 miles to the summit. We had a perfect day with gorgeous views. Interestingly, the pole with the flag up top fell over so it’s now next to the monument. There’s a big hole where it used to stand. Although twice as long, this was a great hike to the summit!
