This is a great hike. Bring microspikes. The path is muddy and icy. You will climb up a stream with rocks (this is part of the trail) so make sure to take your time. Lots of ice and snow on the trail. Beautiful views at the top. Look for the 3 geo survey markers to the left up by the towers. We took the service road down. We hit patches of black ice. Be careful. But overall a great hike with amazing views.
