After exploring Point Reyes National Seashore, I spent the night at Pantoll Campground. The campground is sheltered by huge Douglas firs and at night coyotes come by in the hope that campers left food boxes unsecured.
The valley was shrouded in thick fog and I hiked directly from the campground up and had stunning views all the way.
