Any Way the Wind Goes

Let it blow, let it blow, let it blow.

Sunny conditions, cool temperatures, perfect for hiking, but boy, was it ever windy. At the beginning of our hike, gusts of winds would pelt us with bits of gravel. At the peak, the wind was blowing so hard (over 40 mph!!), it was hard to stand up straight. It definitely made that last 1/4 more challenging. Overall, a great hike. Next time I’ll be sure to check wind conditions before heading up.
