Awesome show in the snow.

Just an amazing beautiful hike yesterday as the sky was a deep, cloudless blue. The only sounds came from the occasional wind through the green pine trees and the crunching of our micro spikes on the snowy trail. We all climbed nearly 3,000 vertical feet to the summit of Mt. Baden-Powell (9,399′) — one of the highest mountains in the San Gabriel mountains. The stunning 360° views made those 40 switchbacks worth climbing. Loved this hike, our 1st of the Six Pack of Peaks Challenge for Heritage Hiking Club.
