4/10/2022:

My plan was to hike Cucamonga Peak, but I changed my mind on the last minute.  And boy, I didn’t regret it a bit.

I got a late start on the hike.  Many hikers showed up to hike Mt. Baldy today.  It was very trafficky like the rush hour traffic.  There were patches of snow.  I wore microspikes on these section.  Once I reached Mt. Baldy Peak, I was blessed with great weather and spectacular views.  The winds were calm.  And there weren’t any snow at the Peak.  I asked around to rather I should use the Devil’s Backbone to hike down.  The trail condition was perfect   No ice or snow at the Devil’s Backbone.  So, I decided as that.
