Backpacking like a pro

Decided to make this trip into an adventure.  Hiked to Halfway Camp (which is definitely not halfway!) and set up our tent for the next couple of nights.  The next morning was a 13 RT to the summit and back.  Decided to stay another night before the easy hike 3.5 miles down to the car.  We met a fellow hiker in his 70’s who was a huge inspiration – he had started at 5am, hiked multiple peeks and made it back in the early evening.
