Baden Powell – 2026 – Whitney Training

Today was a little lighter day of training with Mount Baden-Powell on tap with @y.n.wakabayashi. The drive up was weird as it was drizzling and the fog was so dense you couldn’t see more than 5 feet in front of the car. As soon as we got onto the 2 it was beautiful out and clear skies. Upon arriving at the trail head it was chilly and pretty windy at the trail head but the majority of the trail was really nice. The ridge line and the summit were pretty windy and cold but still a beautiful day. Nice shorter hike but still averages around 700+ feet of elevation per mile.
