This was a gorgeous hike and for the most part I enjoyed it. I was prepared with 1.5 gallons of water, felt physically conditioned and confident mindset. What I wasn’t prepared for was it hitting 95 degrees by the time I got down. Grateful to have made it back to my car safely.
