Beast of the East

Nice and sunny, a very little bit of mud on the trail, BUT what a nasty trail up and down, false peak after false peak. at the top it’s overgrown and you have to rock scramble to get to the peak. Definitely a fun challenge. The parking lot is currently open 8-6:30 pm even though Google says 7pm. Bathroom and trailhead are 1/2 mile up from parking lot but hike is 11 1/2 miles. Definitely bring lots of H2O.
