Beautiful Baldy: My SIXTH peak!!

Beautiful morning hiking Baldy! I have to admit, I was terrified for this one (I have a little fear of heights and was super nervous for the Backbone) but it was not as bad as I thought, just windy. We left at exactly 6:00 and back to the car at 1:00. Went up the backbone and down the bowl to the ski hut and I think everyone we met along the trail did it the opposite way 🙂 A few patches of snow to walk through but we were fine with just poles. Gorgeous day and my SIXTH peak! Going to try for all 12 this year!
