Trail head is before coming to the south entrance station. Nice trail to the peak with flowers, creeks, forest before getting above tree line. The peak had nice views of Lassen and Shasta, it was a bit hazy but could barely make out Trinity range. I saw about a dozen people along the trail mostly on the way down.
